For the past few days I've been browsing (stalking none the less) the World Market website. I'm not sure about you, but I have always been a HUGE fan of this place. We have a store in my college town and I have to limit how much I shop there, otherwise I would spend my entire summer of earnings in one trip! Lucky for me, I just won a $25 gift card to WorldMarket on Twitter last week!!
As I was looking through the website, I noticed there were a lot of beach items. That's when it hit me...my bathroom should be beach themed! How adorable would that be? Seashells, bamboo, anchors, and a general blue and white color scheme. Here's what I imagine it to look like...

-- Bamboo bath mat and bathroom accessories set...sign me up!
-- I love the vintage feel of the "Beach House" sign and how well it matches the shower curtain.
-- Isn't that anchor hook just adorable? I think putting two on the wall side by side would make for perfect towel racks! Adorable and functional.
-- I also love those sea shell candles. Told you I was that girl.
-- Those glass hurricanes and the Mediterranean Sea potpourri would make a fabulous decor item!
-- The wicker-like baskets will be perfect for organizing all my bathroom essentials.
-- Last but not least, the hemp rope ball doorstop is the perfect finishing touch to keep my door open!
Disclaimer: This post was in no way sponsored by World Market. I just really loved how many beach themed items they have available on their website. I do plan on purchasing quite a few of them with the $25 gift card I won though!

ReplyDeleteI think the beach theme is prefect for a bathroom! The World Market closest to me closed - it is a good hour drive if I want to go to one now!
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see how you decorate the rest of your place, I get the impression we might have similar tastes in decorating!
Love the inspiration here! That navy shower curtain is PERFECT for a nautical theme and I love the hemp rope ball doorstop. I saw some drawer pulls similar in style at Hobby Lobby I seriously considered :) Happy Monday!

I've had friends that really found some awesome finds from there. If you are looking for a beach theme I was just at Kohls & they had some adorable beach home accessories.

ReplyDeleteLove it! My whole kitchen is beach themed, because I grew up on the coast of Maine. Had to bring a little bit of it to land-locked Arizona!
