Brown cows have quickly become my favorite after-dinner cocktail. A few months ago I hosted Card Night at our house and once I made myself a brown cow cocktail, everyone else wanted one too. The combination of Kahlua and milk makes a lovely, creamy concoction that is both simple and delicious. In fact, this drink tastes a lot like iced coffee but it packs a BIG punch.
Brown cows are delicious on their own but they’re even better with homemade cinnamon simple syrup. Now that Finals Week is finally over, you can find me laying by the pool with a Cinnamon Brown Cow cocktail in my hand! The combination of cinnamon and coffee screams summertime in my opinion.
Have you had a brown cow before?
